Depending on the provider and course or training, the steps to one or more dances are looked at and taught. This can be samba, salsa, waltz, rock 'n' roll, tango, foxtrot or rumba, for example.
In senior dance training, particular attention is paid to choosing simple dance steps or deliberately small step sequences that can also be performed alone, i.e. without a dance partner.
