Which languages are required for the Bachelor's degree program in Technical Communication?
German is used as the basic language in the Bachelor's degree course in Technical Communication, as well as English as a first or second foreign language. In addition, students can choose between French, Italian and Spanish as their first or second foreign language. A third foreign language can also be taken as a compulsory elective subject. However, students are expected to have a solid knowledge of French, Italian and Spanish at level C1 and a basic knowledge of Arabic, Portuguese, Swedish, Chinese and Russian, which only take place if there are sufficient participants.
