After continuing education, further training for HR specialists at the Federal Professional Examination, the following parts of the examination are tested:
- General knowledge about human resources with different question types
- Case study with a subject-specific topic (written) and presentation of an initial situation and a proposed solution (oral)
- Professional behavior in everyday working life in various situations including suitable measures (oral) as well as assessment of a conversation situation presented by video including measures for improvement (oral)
