The method used in the Ayura Beauty Academy hair removal course is sugaring. This oriental hand technique removes body hair using different types of sugar. The sugar paste is applied with the fingers and removed from the skin together with the hair using jerky movements. The hand technique (flicking method) does not use a fleece, as is the case with waxing, but simply works with the fingers.
