What skills do participants in continuing education, further training in learning psychology acquire?
After completing the CAS in Learning Psychology (CAS Designing learning processes of individuals and groups), participants are able to recognize, experience and control team and group processes in such a way that learning processes can be promoted and initiated, to proceed in an adult-oriented manner, to observe group dynamics and learning psychology principles and to professionally guide the participants in their lessons. They know how to individually promote active learning processes and how to record and monitor them. They are familiar with theories, models and principles of learning psychology, counseling, education, didactics and holistic learning, as well as monitoring and the Swiss educational landscape.
