The Federal Professional Examination for HR specialists consists of the following examination parts, which are taken in written or oral form:
- General knowledge about human resources with different question types
- Case study with topic on the subject area (written) and presentation on an initial situation and a proposed solution (oral)
- Professional behavior in everyday working life in various situations including suitable measures (oral) as well as assessment of a conversation situation shown on video including measures for improvement (oral)
