What development opportunities do I have with a Federal VET Certificate as a health and social care assistant?
With a Federal VET Certificate as a health and social care assistant, the following further training opportunities are open to you:
- Courses: Courses offered by vocational schools and professional associations
- Apprenticeship as a health specialist Federal VET Diploma or as a care specialist Federal VET Diploma
Health and social care assistants with Federal VET Diploma can complete a shortened basic training course as a health specialist with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (VET Diploma) or as a care specialist with Federal VET Diploma (entry into the second year of basic training) if they are suitable.
Afterwards, the same continuing education, further training is possible as for the Federal VET Diploma in Health (FaGe) or Federal VET Diploma in Care (FaBe).
