Which Federal Professional Examination do I need for the AFPE Head of Facility Management?
No special Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) is required to be admitted to the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in Facility Management. A FPE as a janitor with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, real estate manager, real estate valuer, maintenance specialist, housekeeping manager, building cleaning specialist, head of hotel housekeeping, all with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, is an advantage, but not a requirement. Admission is open to anyone who has completed a federally recognized professional examination or higher education. Federal Professional Examination (AFPE), an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (AFPE), a UAS degree or comparable qualification and have worked in facility management for at least three years.
