If you want to work in application development in the future, you should be able to think logically and abstractly, enjoy experimenting, have a precise way of working and be quick on the uptake, as well as being a team player, sociable, open, communicative, solution- and service-oriented. It is also important that interested candidates are willing to undergo regular further training. Good performance in English, German and the natural sciences are also important basic requirements, as are an interest in mathematics, perseverance, patience and an increased ability to concentrate.
