Anyone interested in vocational education and training (VET) as an office assistant (Federal VET Certificate) must have completed compulsory secondary school and have a good command of written and spoken German. It is also important to enjoy working on the OC and telephone, to be good with people and to be sociable. The ability to work in a team and a reliable way of working are just as important as a flair for numbers.
