What does event marketing involve?
Event marketing includes corporate events, product launches, fundraising for start-ups and charities, congresses, trade fairs, conferences, seminars, workshops, webinars and even the small pop-up store.
Regardless of the topic of the event, its planning, organization and implementation fall under the term event marketing if the event is explicitly used to promote a product, brand and/or service. This is experiential marketing, which is associated with the organization of an unforgettable event.
With such a broad spectrum, it is not surprising that event marketing not only overlaps with other channels such as social media, influencers and content marketing, but also includes them as sub-channels.
