What are the exact admission requirements for the guest advisor training course?
Prerequisites for the guest relations manager training course are completed vocational education and training (VET), a Baccalaureate or equivalent qualification and at least two years of professional experience before starting the course. Of this, one year must have been completed in the areas of reception, front desk, reservation system, guest care, guest assistance, guest management or event organization. In addition, applicants must provide proof of foreign language skills of at least level B1, either through a language diploma or through professional experience in the language area. All required module qualifications or certificates of equivalence must also be submitted by the time of the examination.
