They will be able to define a product roadmap that ensures a good return over the entire product lifecycle, addresses the right customer base and prioritizes the right functionality. They can weigh the importance of reducing complexity, maintaining agility or market needs, are responsible for planning releases, preparing and implementing launches and coordinating operational departments to ensure smooth software product distribution and sales, as well as product development based on customer feedback.
