What are the aims of the diagnostics course?
The Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Personnel Development & Diagnostics provides participants with a broad range of knowledge relating to qualified personnel selection, personnel assessment and personnel development. The aim is to be able to use diagnostic methods that enable good selection procedures in organizations and increase the quality and objectivity of decisions in development, assessment and selection processes and, thanks to psychological aptitude diagnostics, make a significant contribution to economic success. After completing the course, participants will know the basics of psychological diagnostics, personnel diagnostics and personality psychology.
