After completing the Smartwork certificate course, participants will be able to use psychological tools to develop and introduce a concept for change processes for new forms of work. They can design a working environment for the world of work 4.0 independent of time and place, manage team productivity and organize work. Participants will be able to define and convincingly represent new working models.
