What are the tasks of a vocational trainer?
A vocational trainer has the central task of accompanying and supporting learners as required so that they can successfully acquire vocational skills. Tasks include planning learning units, conducting assessment interviews and offering opportunities for reflection. The role also includes responsibility for the learning environment and the integration of technical and pedagogical requirements as a vocational trainer. In this way, the vocational trainer ensures that learners safely achieve their goals in the VET assistant training program.
