Logistics specialists work in lower management as project staff and administrators. They take on tasks in internal and cross-company logistics, work on specialist problems, help develop logistical concepts for sub-processes and are jointly responsible for implementing parts of these. A logistics specialist is responsible for the analysis of internal logistics processes, the identification of weak points, as well as the planning and implementation of solutions and thus for the optimization of the entire logistics process.
