Was macht ein Facilitator / eine Facilitatorin?
What does a facilitator do?
A facilitator can be compared to a moderator. In contrast to moderators, however, facilitators do not have a "fixed" agenda, for example questions that they have to work through.
Their work is more about guiding groups to a result that makes sense for them. During a meeting or workshop, they ensure a dialog and guide it, for example by asking appropriate questions when difficulties or challenges arise. Their aim is for the participants to approach each other and find a solution themselves.
