To do this, they determine the customer's needs, prepare an analysis, define the initial situation and the desired goals and propose solutions. If these are accepted by the customer, the next step is to implement the concept and program it. In application development, IT specialists therefore do not work exclusively at the PC, but are often in constant contact with customers, specialists from sales, operations and marketing, from the initial contact to acceptance and user training.
