What do assembly specialists (formerly specialist fitters) learn during the course?
Participants in continuing, further training to become an assembly specialist (formerly a specialist fitter) deal with topics such as assembly preparation and implementation, managing assembly work, preparing the execution of orders and making and implementing decisions. They are also taught skills that enable them to competently manage apprentices and employees, communicate effectively, analyze a wide variety of situations and resolve potential problems or conflicts.
