The content of a rehabilitation technician course leading to a "school certificate (cert.)" are determined independently by each school, so they can vary greatly.
However, in the case of courses that prepare students for federal examinations, such as the Federal Professional Examination for Rehabilitation Technology (FPE), teaching is based on the examination regulations.
This requires participants to complete three modules:
- Module completion 1: Acceptance of order and action plan
- Module completion 2: Dispensing of aids, coordination and quality management
- Module 3: Adaptation and repair of rehabilitation aids
