What is a family constellation board?
A family constellation board is a large box measuring 50 x 50 cm with 20 wooden figures in two sizes and two shapes. In addition, three colored hexagonal figures are available for special purposes. The arrangements on the family board can be viewed according to a number of variable characteristics:
- Distance between the figures
- Direction of view of the system participants
- Placement on the board
- Order of installation
- according to the resulting shape of the arrangement
The figures are used to symbolically represent a social system and place it on the surface.
