Was ist denn der Unterschied zwischen einem Rechtswissenschaften Bachelor und Master?

What is the difference between a Bachelor's and Master's degree in law?

You can study at universities, Universities of Applied Sciences and other higher education institutions in Switzerland with a corresponding admission, which will earn you a Bachelor's degree after around three years and at least 180 ECTS (credit points) if you pass the examinations. This Bachelor's degree can be obtained in various disciplines, such as Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Theology or Bachelor of Law (BLaw), which you will receive after successfully completing a law degree. A Bachelor of Law is a first degree, which generally does not require any specific knowledge.

A Master's degree is a postgraduate course of study that requires a Bachelor's degree and is regarded as an in-depth study or specialization. A Master's degree should not be confused with a continuing education Master's degree such as a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS), an MBA, EMBA or another postgraduate degree course, which are primarily aimed at professionals with a university degree.
