What is individual psychology?

At the beginning of the last century, Adolf Adler founded individual psychology, which focuses on the individual and perceives them as a construct of their social relationships and interaction with their environment. Accordingly, people are perceived as individuals and social beings who cannot be viewed in isolation, but whose life circumstances must always be taken into account. The sense of community is a central point in this concept, which is part of depth psychology and is very different from mass psychology or social psychology.
