A visual designer has a varied job. Typical tasks in this area are
- Designing and producing illustrations for various media: e.g. for posters, flyers, packaging, instructions for use, newspaper articles, children's or school books
- develop interactive systems with image, sound, video, animation and text: e.g. for websites, apps or video games
- Develop multi-channel concepts for the online and offline sale of products via multiple channels: e.g. effective packaging, concepts for events or the design of cultural or business premises
- Presenting products, brands or services in specific spaces: e.g. in the areas of interior design, stand design, shop window decoration or public space design
