Does the CAS Healthcare Systems and Policy (UAS) exclusively cover the Swiss healthcare system?
The CAS Health Systems and Policy comprises two modules, the first of which deals exclusively with the Swiss health system; social insurance law; health insurance law; political background and current reforms; financial flows, the role of the federal government, cantons and municipalities; and eHealth and health strategies. Module 2 compares the Swiss system with that of an EU country. To this end, a study trip is undertaken and various institutions are visited.
