Transpersonale Psychologie und Psychotherapie - Was ist der Unterschied?
Transpersonal psychology and psychotherapy - what's the difference?
Transpersonal psychotherapy refers to various psychotherapeutic approaches that have emerged from transpersonal psychology or are based on its models. The main commonality of these approaches is the assumption that every person has the potential to have experiences that "transcend" the personal identification of the ego. These experiences should be able to have a healing effect and decisively promote personality development. The realization of a transpersonal experience and the integration of this experience are therefore the most important elements and goals of transpersonal psychotherapy.
