If you want to take the TOEFL Test iBT Home Edition, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- A desktop or laptop computer is required for the TOEFL online (tablets, mobile devices and hybrid devices such as Microsoft Surface are not permitted).
- Only one monitor or screen
- Only one keyboard
- Approved operating system (licensed - no trial versions allowed)
- PC: Windows operating system version 10 or higher
- MAC: Mac OS X®10.13 or higher
- Browser: Chrome™ or Firefox®
- Loudspeaker
- Microphone
- Camera
