Sociology degree program at a university: Who can study sociology?
The following persons are admitted to a sociology degree program at a university:
- Federally recognized Baccalaureate or university degree (UAS, university, FIT)
or
- Federal Vocational Baccalaureate or Specialized Baccalaureate and supplementary examination (Passerelle) of the Swiss Baccalaureate Commission
Detailed information can be obtained from the admissions offices of the universities. Admission practices vary. Before "studying sociology", admission must be clarified individually.
