Is it true that I can choose different specializations during my training as a bookbinder?
The Federal VET Diploma apprenticeship as a print media processor can be completed in a bookbindery, a print shop or a print finishing company. You can choose between four different specializations: Printing equipment; Bookbinding; Dispatch technology; Binding technology. For an apprenticeship as a bookbinder, you will therefore choose the bookbinding specialization. However, please contact the schools to find out more about the apprenticeship and the individual specializations.
