The Master's in Patient Education is aimed at qualified nurses and therefore also requires a higher professional qualification.
As an admission requirement, prospective students are required to have either a Bachelor's or Master's degree in nursing or an Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education (CHE) in nursing.
English language skills, knowledge of scientific work and at least two years of professional experience in the healthcare sector are further prerequisites for admission to the Master's degree program in Patient Education.
However, the admission requirements are set independently by the Universities of Applied Sciences. There may therefore be slight differences from provider to provider.
