Are there certain requirements for the Service Management course?
In addition to the school requirements (Federal Vocational Baccalaureate, high school diploma or comparable education), prospective students of the Bachelor's degree program in Service Management (Service Design) are also required to have one year of professional experience. Good knowledge of mathematics, accounting and English is also required. From the fourth semester onwards, some modules are taught in English. If your knowledge is not sufficient, you have the option of attending appropriate support courses before or at the beginning of your studies.
