A communication and personality seminar is a learning event that usually takes place over a rather short period of time as part of adult education. For the effective communication seminar, this means that in many cases this type of continuing education, further training takes place over one or two days in which you are taught the basics of this area. Occasionally, longer seminars are also offered that extend over 4 or 5 attendance dates, for example at company seminars, but this is not the rule.
