Training and continuing education, further training courses that extend over a longer period of time are usually designed to allow participants to engage with the material outside of the classroom. For a training course in baby development or infant development, this means that in addition to the 300 or so lessons, participants also have to reckon with preparation and follow-up time, which is, however, within an acceptable range and does not overtax the students.
