A course in hematology or dark field microscopy does not usually require you to reduce your professional activity. There are courses lasting one or more days that introduce you to dark field therapy, but there are also more extensive courses that last about a year, with two training days per month, on Fridays and Saturdays. In this way, you do not have to reduce your professional activity, but can complete a comprehensive course in just eleven working days.
