Muss ich bereits im Tourismus gearbeitet haben, um die HFP Managerin Gesundheit Tourismus und Bewegung machen zu können?

Do I have to have worked in tourism before I can do the AFPE in Health Tourism and Exercise Management?

You do not necessarily have to have worked in tourism to apply for the Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in Health Tourism and Exercise Management with a federal diploma, but you must have at least three years of practical experience in one of the following areas if you have completed your studies at continuing education and training (AFPE) level: Relaxation, medicine, leisure, health, fitness, nutrition or even tourism. Persons with an upper-secondary level qualification are also admitted to continuing education, further training in health tourism and exercise, but with at least five years' experience in one of the above-mentioned areas. In addition, two years of management experience is mandatory for all interested parties, as is the completion of all required modules or proof of a certificate of equivalence.
