Participants in the continuing education, further training for trainers with a federal certificate learn about and apply the didactic concept in the first module, the module for the SVEB certificate for course instructors. The fourth module, "Designing training courses for adults", goes into further detail on this topic and the fifth module, "Designing learning events for adults didactically", deals with it in detail.
