In principle, CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) courses are continuing education courses at Universities that are primarily designed for people with a university degree who also have several years of professional experience. However, it is also possible to register for a CAS in change management without a university degree, provided you have sufficient practical experience and a comparable qualification. The university management carefully reviews the sur dossier applications, but expects participants to have a higher education qualification; an apprenticeship qualification alone is not sufficient.
