Training in craniosacral therapy (CST) or craniosacral osteopathy (CSO) usually involves 200 to 350 hours of method-specific knowledge. However, at least 800 hours in experiential medicine and at least 600 hours of basic medical training (as opposed to 150 hours for CST or CSO) are required for registration of the osteopathy / etiopathy method.
