The training in ophthalmic diagnosis usually takes place at the weekend, so that you can continue to pursue your usual professional activity and take part in your training on Saturdays and Sundays. Often such a course does not take place weekly, but every two or even only every four weeks, so that you have enough time for other things besides work and continuing education, further training. Please enquire about this with the relevant schools and ask for the exact course dates before you book.
