Kann ich ein Bachelorstudium in Sozialer Arbeit auch neben dem Beruf durchführen?

Can I study for a Bachelor's degree in Social Work alongside my job?

It is not possible to work full-time, i.e. 100%, during a Bachelor's degree course, as such a course is not primarily aimed at professionals (as is the case with a Master of Advanced Studies - MAS), but at school leavers and people seeking initial training. Nevertheless, at some Universities of Applied Sciences for Social Work you can apply for a part-time or part-time degree program, which accordingly extends over a longer period of time, but offers you the opportunity to continue working for around 40 percent of the time, although the percentage may vary. Some Universities offer options for this, such as attending courses on two fixed days a week, allowing you to work on the other two to three days. In this case, however, you should not forget that you will also have to study for your degree in social work on your own, at least 8 hours a week (more likely) to complete the degree. Therefore, please do not underestimate the learning effort involved in studying part-time at a University of Applied Sciences for Social Work and it is best to talk to the director of studies about your plans.
