Experienced adults can become a preschool teacher even without a full bachelor's degree. With a minimum age of 30, knowledge of German at level C2 (for foreign language speakers), at least 300 percent of employment after completing training (within seven years) and a degree at upper-secondary level, interested parties can apply for kindergarten training and enter the regular Bachelor's degree program to become a teacher for pre-school level. Depending on previous education and educational achievements, the Bachelor's degree course can be shortened individually.
