Kann ich Rechtswissenschaft an der Uni nur im Vollzeitstudium absolvieren?
Can I only study law at university on a full-time basis?
For Bachelor's and Master's degree courses in law at university, it is certainly possible to complete them part-time. Universities recommend that students concentrate fully on their studies in the first year and, if desirable, reduce their workload in the following semesters if they wish to continue or resume a career. For students, this means that they take fewer courses or modules per semester and therefore fewer examinations, which simply extends the duration of their studies. This is entirely possible. Another very attractive solution for many working people is to attend a distance learning university, which allows you to complete a large percentage of your studies on your own and to study exactly when you have time. This allows you to divide your time flexibly between studies, work and/or family.
