If your company has the appropriate infrastructure required for sales seminars, there is in principle no reason why training courses should not be held directly in your company. However, you should bear in mind that there may well be unwanted interruptions, whether from other employees or phone calls. To promote attention and concentration, another location that is not necessarily associated with work is preferable if possible.
