In order for a postgraduate studies in Higher Education (CHE) to be approved and be allowed to call itself such, it must be approved by SERI, the State Secretariat for Education, Research, and Innovation. This means that Colleges of Higher Education that offer postgraduate studies CHE can also guarantee federal recognition for these and that you are thus completing a fully-fledged and respected continuing education, further training course.
