Yes, you are free to choose how you prepare for the Federal Professional Examination for Energy Consultants. However, you will need to have completed five modules in the areas of building physics, building construction, building technology and renewable energy, certificates and funding applications as well as implementation planning in order to register for the Federal Professional Examination.

TheseModule completionscan be acquired as part of a preparatory course. If you have already acquired the knowledge elsewhere, you canCertificates of equivalenceand submit it with the application.
