Participation in the CAS Real Estate Taxation is also possible for people without a university degree. The CAS VAT - Real Estate and Construction can be attended by people with a degree from a University or College of Higher Education or a higher professional diploma and at least three years of professional experience, as well as by trustees with a Federal Diploma of Higher Education, auditors with a Federal Diploma or holders of comparable qualifications and at least four years of professional experience. Persons with other prior qualifications or insufficient professional experience may be admitted by the course management on a dossier basis.
