Not every distance learning course is actually federally recognized, but there are distance learning universities and universities of applied sciences that are recognized and are therefore equivalent to a conventional university or university of applied sciences. For law studies (including criminal procedure law), this means that the "Swiss University Distance Learning Foundation" can offer an internationally recognized Bachelor's and Master's degree in law.
