Ist ein MAS-Studiengang nur für Hochschulabsolventen zugänglich?

Is an MAS program only open to university graduates?

An MAS, a Master of Advanced Studies, is a continuing education course that should not be confused with a Master's degree within initial training, but is aimed at experienced accounting professionals who wish to qualify for higher positions. Accordingly, a university degree is not the top prerequisite, although this is required by most universities and Universities of Applied Sciences, but rather professional experience and expertise. However, the lack of a university degree can be compensated for with sufficient practical experience, provided that the prospective students have another higher educational qualification, such as a higher specialist diploma. In such cases, suitability is assessed as part of an admissions procedure.
