Advanced Federal Professional Examination (AFPE) in Health Tourism and Exercise allows you to continue working, but not full-time. This is because the schools do not schedule their courses exclusively at the weekend or in the evenings, but sometimes also on whole weekdays, so that your workload has to be reduced. Please ask the relevant educational institutions directly for the exact course dates and course days of the 15 to 18-month continuing education, further training in tourism.
